BITUMAT DP COAT is a premium quality, ductile coating, manufactured from select bitumen and plasticising oil blown to optimum softening point and penetration.
BITUMAT DP COAT is used as a mopping coat in damp-proofing or as binding asphalt in the construction of a damp-proofing system using roofing felt. A prime coat with BITUMAT BITUPRIME / BITUFAST over concrete is required before coating with DP COAT. Allow the primer to cure for 2-4 hours.
Complies with ASTM D 449
Type I and Type II in 190-kg steel drums.
Type III in Kegs or Polyamide bags.
