BITUMAT CONCRETE PRIMER is a cold applied, general purpose roofing primer formulated with highly pliable, flexible bitumen, select petroleum solvents and compounded with wetting and saturation additives.
The surface must be thoroughly cleaned, and all dust, dirt, loose coatings, oil or greasy substances removed. Concrete must be completely cured and dried prior to priming. BITUMAT CONCRETE PRIMER should be allowed to dry before application of subsequent coat / membrane.

BITUMAT CONCRETE PRIMER is suitable for concrete, smooth asphalt roofs, brick and metal surfaces, used as the prime coat prior to installation of any BITUMAT membrane.
Select solvent allows for optimum penetration of BITUMAT CONCRETE PRIMER into the surface pores, pin holes and cracks.
Absorbs the existing dust and scale thus the resulting surface permits the proper bonding of self-adhesive as well as torchable membranes, in addition to any other bituminous adhesives and coatings

Flammable; contains petroleum distillate. Keep away from open fire, sparks or other ignition sources. Wear protective clothing, gloves and goggles during application
Fire - Flammable when wet, flash point 35°C.
Skin - Avoid repeated or prolonged contact. However, if it occurs, remove with hand cleaner that removes oil or grease, then clean with soap and water.
Eyes - Contact could cause irritation. If contact occurs, flush immediately with clean water.
Inhalation - Can cause dizziness. Move to fresh air. If dizziness and breathing difficulty persists, administer oxygen and contact physician.
Tools : Clean with kerosene.
Hands : Use a hand cleaner or kerosene followed by soap and water.
