BITUMAT BITUSEAL 1200 HG is a self adhesive membrane faced with cross laminated high densitysolar reflective polyethylene on one side and siliconized release paper on the other.
The multi-layer design consists of polyester reinforcement which is impreganated and coated on both sides with a uniquely formulated elastomeric bitumen compound with high adhesive properties.
The top surface of cross laminated high density polyethylene provides high resistance to impact and reflects incident solar radiation. The release paper on the underside enables instant adhesion. These properties combined with the high tensile strength and tear strength provided by the nonwoven polyester reinforcement make BITUSEAL 1200 HG ideally suited for a wide variety of applications.
In addition to stringent regular tests by BITUMAT laboratory, our products are tested periodically by Independent Laboratories.

The surface to receive BITUMAT BITUSEAL 1200 HG should be smooth and dry and should be free from dust and dirt. The surface should be primed thoroughly with a concrete primer.
BITUMAT BITUSEAL 1200 HG is installed by progressively peeling off the release paper and unrolling the membrane along with it. The membrane, particularly at the overlaps, should b firmly pressed down to ensure a good seal.
